General Price-Time Guidelines
BLT Cleaning is considered a best value provider. That is, we deliver high quality services for affordable rates. All supplies, equipment, and services (in the realm of housekeeping) are included in our hourly rates. We ask that you are respectful of our business and not solicit cleaners for independent work
The following is a general estimate of time it takes to clean certain sized places. There is a 3 hour minimum per cleaner requested. Additional services such as laundry, oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, cabinet cleaning, wall cleaning, window cleaning, and blinds can be included at no additional cost, but please be aware these time consuming services are by requests and are not take into account for the general estimates for your sized place. You may encounter overage time or you can simply substitute these services in lieu of others if you want to remain in the price range you would like.
Periodic Cleaning Service Charges (If you just want to call in every once in a while to tidy up):
$95- 3 hours (ideal for 1 bedroom 1 bathroom or less) 1 maid, all supplies and services included
$125-4 hours (ideal for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom or less) 1 maid, all supplies and services included
$155-5 hours (ideal for 3 bedroom 2 bathroom or less) 1 maid, all supplies and services included
$190-6 hours (ideal for 4 bedroom 2 bathroom or less) *2 maids for 3 hours all supplies and services included
$250-8 hours (ideal for 5 bedroom 3 bathroom or more) *2 maids for 4 hours, all supplies and service included

$120- 4 hours
$150-5 hours
Reoccuring Service Rates-2 Maids (All supplies included)
$180-3 hours x 2 Maids
