Payments Policy

 

Payments are accepted in cash,  or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex). Payment is due immediately after completion of service. In some cases Paypal may be accepted if prepaid prior to the maid leaving your place. Our paypal address is blt_cleaning@yahoo.com. If you book online and select pay-in-person, please pay in person. 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

A $30 fee will be applied to all accounts if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. A $15 fee will be applied to all appointments which are rescheduled. Please have consideration for our cleaners and pay the fee if your personal circumstances interfere with their ability to make a living. At times, we don't have your payment information on file, so you may just say, let me call another company, but you'll be restricted from future services, and will be depriving yourself of a true best value provider (think no more in-n-out burgers).

 

Contract Infrigement Policy

 

Customers using our service agree that a contractural arrangement exists between BLT Cleaning and the cleaning professionals contracted to perform their cleaning. Circumventing this contractural relationship by negotiating rates with contractors is prohibited. Please respect the business. Cleaners that partake in this activity are usually very flaky, and karma exists whether you like it or not. Don't be a cleaning company shoplifter! Order from the company only. 

 

Privacy Policy

 

When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. All information obtained from the customer is stored in a password encrypted file accessible to the Owner only. This information is used for the sole purpose of processing payments at the completion of service. This information is not shared with third parties and is explicitly protected.
