Payments are accepted in cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). Payment is due immediately after completion of service. If the service is prepaid, the prepaid voucher must be presented to the cleaning professional at completion of service.
A $30 fee will be applied to all accounts if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. A $15 fee will be applied to all appointments which are rescheduled. The cancellation can be submitted in writing by e-mail or phoned in.
Contract Infrigement Policy
Customers using our service agree that a contractural arrangement exists between BLT Cleaning and the cleaning professionals contracted to perform their cleaning. Circumventing this contractural relationship by negotiating rates with contractors is prohibited. An agency fee is due from the customer if the customer chooses to violate this policy and directly hire the cleaner for any subcontracting work. This constitutes theft of services and future service will be refused if an attempt of this nature is made.
When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. All information obtained from the customer is stored in a password encrypted file accessible to the Owner only. This information is used for the sole purpose of processing payments at the completion of service. This information is not shared with third parties and is explicitly protected.
